Internship Abroad

Elevate Your Career with an International Experience

Why Choose Brazil

Brazil is one of the world’s 7 largest economies, known for its fertile lands, record grain and fruit production, and leadership in meat exports. Tourism grows 15% annually, and its advanced industrial sector exports aircraft, software, vehicles, and more. Brazilian fashion and strong brands also stand out globally.

Modern, creative, and globally connected, Brazil offers great business potential and economic stability.

Our training program provides international practical experience, cultural immersion, Portuguese learning, and professional networking through 2–4 month placements in selected Brazilian companies.

How it works?

Internship Placement Criteria

Brazilian Experience chooses the locations and organizations based on availability and intern’s background. It cannot be guaranteed that an intern can be placed in a chosen company. The types of business organizations an intern can act at are based on a number of factors:

  • Age
  • Level of Portuguese
  • Curriculum
  • Interests
  • Abilities required

Placements are available in several disciplines:

  • Architecture
  • Business
  • Conflict Analysis
  • Economics
  • Environmental Studies
  • Global Affairs
  • Information Technology (IT)
  • Marketing
  • Social Work
  • Tourism and Hospitality
  • Urban Planning

Students are placed based on their academic background, personal and professional interests. Positions might be paid or non-paid.

Acomodations and Meals

Brazilian Experience organizes homestay placements, offering a deep cultural immersion, ideal for those looking to improve their Portuguese. Brazilian host families are welcoming, kind, and protective, carefully selected through interviews and home inspections.

The package includes breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is simple, with bread, butter, cheese, and beverages like coffee, milk, or orange juice. Lunch, the main meal in Brazil, is usually eaten at home, but few families return during the weekdays. On Sundays, late lunches are common, sometimes with a family barbecue.

Dinner is often a family gathering, with either a rich meal or a light snack, such as sandwiches or soup. The accommodation includes one night before the program starts and one night after it ends.
